Registration is required for all participants and accompanying persons. Pre-congress registration should be accompanied with main congress registration. Individual on-line registration is also available at "On-line Registration".

Registration and Payment For early-bird registration, submit the registration form and pay the fee through the "On-line Registration". Alternatively, the form may be sent by fax or email and the fee can be paid at the registration booth by cash or credit card. When five or more persons register in a group, you can use "group registration" category and register at discounted registration fee. Registration fee payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer or on-site payment.    1. On-site payment         (1) In case of pre-registration and payment at the site, you can pay at the pre-registration fee.         (2) In case of on-site registration, you have to pay the on-site registration fee.    4. In case of 'group registration', the payment must be made by 'group payment'. We do not accept any         'individual payment' for 'group registration'.

Cancellation Policy Cancellations received up and including 24 September 2017: Full refund. Cancellations received after and including 25 September 2017: No refund will be made. For cancellations of your registration, a written request must be sent to the Secretariat by e-mail (kao100@chol.com).
