Dr. Mitchell Levine is associate professor at Saint Louis University and board certified in both orthodontics and dental sleep medicine. He is currently president of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and co- author of the American Association of Orthodontics White Paper on Sleep Apnea.
