We are delighted to extend our invitation to the 57th Annual Scientific Congress of the Korean Association of Orthodontists, scheduled to take place from October 9th to 11th, 2024.
This year's congress holds the overarching theme of "Big Change, Big Chance," reflecting the dynamic advancements and opportunities within the field of orthodontics. The congress will commence on October 9th with a Pre-Congress session featuring lectures and hands-on courses on clear aligners, led by Dr. Hyeok Ji and Dr. Kenji Ojima. Additionally, we are honored to have renowned speakers, Dr. Jorge Faber and Dr. Won Moon, delivering Special Lectures that promise to provide valuable insights and knowledge. Distinguished orthodontist Dr. Young Guk Park will present the Veteran's Lecture, focusing on the role of orthodontists in the era of the 5th industrial revolution. Dr. Seung-Hak Baek, the past president of the KAO, will provide treatment guidance based on his long and distinguished research on surgical and orthodontic approaches for Class III patients. Drawing inspiration from member feedback, our Special Sessions have been meticulously curated to address contemporary challenges and trends. Topics such as Hospital Management, Digital Orthognathic Surgery, Sleep-Related Orthodontics, and AI-Supported Orthodontics will feature both domestic and international experts. On the final day of the congress, October 11th, we are excited to host a Joint Symposium with the Japanese Orthodontic Society, centered around the theme "Orthodontics for Seniors." This symposium will provide a multidimensional exploration of orthodontic treatments in the context of an aging population. We encourage members to partake in the Clinical Oral Presentation sessions, offering a platform for more members to share their research and insights. Additionally, the congress will feature KAO/KAOF Scientific Research Presentations, lunchbox seminars, and an E-Poster session. To ensure a global experience, simultaneous interpretation services will be available throughout the congress. Join us at the forefront of orthodontic innovation, as we embrace change and seize new opportunities in the field. Mark your calendars for October 9th to 11th, 2024, and prepare for an enriching and enlightening scientific congress.

Korean Association of Orthodontists makes no representations that the Website are appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you are accessing or using any Website from other jurisdictions, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local law.

Responsibility for Content. You understand that all material, data and information, (collectively, "Content") which you may have access to through your use of the Website are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. Content You Provide. You may only submit Content to the Website. You may not set up an account or membership on behalf of another individual or entity.
Termination and Inactivation of User Accounts. Your participation as a Registered User terminates automatically upon your breach of any of these Master Terms or applicable Additional Terms. In addition, Korean Association of Orthodontists may, at any time: (a) modify, suspend or terminate the operation of or access to your user account for any reason; (b) modify or change Website and Services and any applicable Terms and policies governing your user account and related Website Services for any reason; and (c) interrupt user accounts and related Website Services for any reason, all as Korean Association of Orthodontists deems appropriate in its discretion. Your access to your account, and use of the Website may be terminated by you or by Korean Association of Orthodontists at any time and for any reason whatsoever, without notice. In addition, Korean Association of Orthodontists reserves the right to delete and purge any account and all Content associated therewith following any prolonged period of inactivity, all as may be determined by Korean Association of Orthodontists in its complete discretion.

the 54th Annual Scientific Congress of the Korean Association of Orthodontists has put in place various physical, electronic and managerial procedures to try to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. For example, private account and customer information is located on a secured server behind a firewall; it is not directly connected to the Internet. Encryption is a process by which a message or information is scrambled while it is in transit to the 54th Annual Scientific Congress of the Korean Association of Orthodontists. It is based on a key that has two different parts, public and private. The public part of the key is distributed to those with whom you want to communicate. The private part is for the recipient's use only. So long as you use a browser that allows for encryption, when you send personal information to us, you use a public key to encrypt your personal information. If your information is intercepted during the transmission, it is scrambled and very difficult to decrypt. Once we receive your encrypted personal information, we use the private part of our key to decode it.
