To maintain the unity of the poster format, use only the title, presenter, and department of page 1 for the given PowerPoint file format, and you can modify the rest of the pages according to your wishes. However, considering that it is displayed on a 46-inch monitor, please do not change the aspect ratio of each page in the PowerPoint file format. (width 19.05 / height 32.5). Changing this ratio will result in screen clipping or minor visual errors. The E-poster is not only displayed during the conference, but also provided on the Internet website for one year.
To ensure a smooth schedule, please adhere to the deadline (September 4th, 2023) in the upload section (Presentataion File submission) at https://www.kao.or.kr/abstract/2023_fall/upload/up_login_en.html. No modification or submission of E-poster can be done after the deadline.
And before submitting the E-poster, make sure you have removed the patient's personal information such as photo and name. Please take care of the patient's personality and all legal rights. Please note that the KAO is not responsible for posting your E-poster on the website. Also, please be advised that KAO may revise some of the submitted E-posters in advance.

In addition, Korean Association of Orthodontists may, at any time: (a) modify, suspend or terminate the operation of or access to your user account for any reason; (b) modify or change Website and Services and any applicable Terms and policies governing your user account and related Website Services for any reason; and (c) interrupt user accounts and related Website Services for any reason, all as Korean Association of Orthodontists deems appropriate in its discretion. the 54th Annual Scientific Congress of the Korean Association of Orthodontists has put in place various physical, electronic and managerial procedures to try to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. For example, private account and customer information is located on a secured server behind a firewall; it is not directly connected to the Internet. Encryption is a process by which a message or information is scrambled while it is in transit to the 54th Annual Scientific Congress of the Korean Association of Orthodontists. It is based on a key that has two different parts, public and private. The public part of the key is distributed to those with whom you want to communicate. The private part is for the recipient's use only. So long as you use a browser that allows for encryption, when you send personal information to us, you use a public key to encrypt your personal information. If your information is intercepted during the transmission, it is scrambled and very difficult to decrypt. Once we receive your encrypted personal information, we use the private part of our key to decode it.
